Take bus 84 from Punggol Interchange to Punggol Point Park.
Walk about 500m east along the Punggol Promenade Nature Walk.
You’ll find yourself at the west entrance of Coney Island!

Coney Island Photoshoot Spots
You’ll be pleased to know that there are many different, beautiful backdrops that you can cherrypick from at Coney Island Park.
From dense forest to mangroves to lalang fields to boardwalk to secluded beaches, a few hours at this park can yield a variety of shots, giving you a bang for your buck. Furthermore, there’s no time limit so take all the time you need!
One interesting spot even has a canopy made out of wooden branches. The foliage surrounding it is lush and dense, giving you a remarkable ambience as well as backdrop.
Another unique spot to take your pre-wedding shot would be at one of the many lalang fields. It’s not every day that we come across such a field in urban Singapore!
Alternatively, head to one of the serene beaches. Tucked away and relatively undisturbed by humans, it’s unlike the other beaches you find in Singapore, some of which may be crowded with picnicking families or feel a tad too commercial to some of us.
One particular beach at Coney Island Park is white and sandy and secluded.
That means no one to interfere with your private world — it’s your private beach to take your pre-wedding shots for as long as you like!

- Insect repellent is a must
Mosquitoes! Insects! Sandflies! Put on those mosquito patches, if you wish. We don’t want you to go home covered with nasty and itchy red patches. - Bring shades, umbrella and/or portable fans
Even though there are a ton of trees which can provide a good amount of shade, bring along a portable electric fan or an umbrella to help keep you cool and comfy between shots. A soft handkerchief to dab away beads of perspiration could be helpful too and prevent smudging of any makeup. - Bring water & snacks
Don’t forget — lots of water, and bite-sized snacks, as well as a few chilled drinks too, if you wish! It’ll be great if a close friend or sibling could come along that day too to help you guys out here and there. Oh, and beware of monkeys! A useful tip would be to not hold a water bottle or food while walking in the park. Try to munch or drink discreetly, if not do check your surroundings first! - Plan your outfit beforehand
Outfit changes might prove challenging here so do take note! Either plan to wear only comfy and airy outfits or just stick to one look so that you can avoid the hassle of changing clothes. - Comfortable footwear
The ground is bumpy as well, so remember to bring alternative footwear. Heels might make you stumble and trip. Or you know, just wear your comfiest sneakers because nobody can see under the bridal gown anyway!
